Principal Consultant, StillPoint Strategy
Tim Long is a strategy practitioner and advisor with experience spanning senior corporate leadership and consulting.
Before founding StillPoint Strategy, Tim was Head of Strategy Development at PTSB, where he worked with the CEO, executive leadership team and Board on the development and execution of the bank's long-term strategy.
His experience includes enterprise and growth strategy, commercial performance, transformation, operating model change, pricing, strategic planning, investment prioritisation and major transaction assessment.
Earlier in his career, Tim worked in consulting with Simon-Kucher and Deloitte.
This combination of consulting discipline and direct executive experience shapes StillPoint's approach: commercially grounded thinking, clear choices and a focus on turning decisions into measurable results.
